Team player with the ability to take direction.Must be able to demonstrate good judgment and be client/customer focused.Strong customer service skills and high attention to detail.Experience with working in high end residential properties preferred.High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience in a customer service industry.Minimum Qualifications / Knowledge, Skills & Abilities May be required to perform duties outside their normal responsibilities as needed and when requested.Maintain cleanliness of the lobby and shovel snow in front of building, when necessary.Log out and distribute keys upon request using KeyLink system to persons with permission to enter only.Receive, log, and distribute packages using BuildingLink system.Closely monitor building security surveillance system and report any issues to the Resident Manager.Answer incoming calls and intercom and provide information as requested.

Verify all visitors, guests, contractors, and deliveries for admittance into the building.Meet, greet and direct residents and guests.Open entry door for all persons entering/exiting the building and assist with luggage, bags, packages, etc., when necessary.Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of assigned common areas within and around property, including mopping/striping/waxing floors, cleaning.Building Service Employees are to provide residents with a high level of security and service at all times.
